Gulliver is a stand-alone negotiated fare management system that helps consolidators validate, in a fraction of the time, all restrictions associated with privately negotiated fares so as to save time and avoid costly debit memos. With Gulliver™, consolidator ensures that the fares quoted to Travel Agencies or direct are valid.


Internal Fare Management Automation:
Gulliver™ automates the processes of fare query process, fare validation, provides seat availability lookup and serves to complete the booking process for the internal user.


Web Booking Engine:
Because it relies on the Internet Protocol (IP), Gulliver™ can be used as a Web booking engine for distribution. So Travel Agencies that have special arrangements with you (B2B) or Travelers directly (B2C) can log-on to a public or password protected area of your web site to proceed to the fare query and reservation.

Once a fare has been selected, the Travel Agent can be given the option of either applying payment now or holding the file for payment at a later date (provided an option date on fare payment has been specified). This functionality is automated and takes into account rules such as ticketing deadlines, advanced purchases, etc.


Interfaces with the 4 Major GDS:
Softvoyage has developed a multi-GDS system interface, which provides you with complete flexibility and independence towards the GDS provider of your choice. Both Gulliver™ and TTS™ can handle all GDS systems and can even be configured to use a specific GDS on given instances while using another one for general applications.


Easy Customization:
Gulliver™ relies on XML application program interfaces (APIs), a structured communication protocol approach which provides a simple manner to build and design a search and booking engine that entirely reflects the look and feel of his corporate environment. Gulliver™ customers retain the full capacity to develop additional functionality around the search and booking engine without having to incur limitations from the application itself.


Back-End & Accounting Integration:
Gulliver™ can be fully integrated with TTS™ so that Tour Operators using TTS™ need not to worry about accounting reconciliation. For other Tour Operators and Consolidators, most back-end & accounting systems integrate a "Merge-back" functionality with the GDS.
