Softvoyage Introduces Gulliver™
Private Fare Management Tool, an Evolution of TTS™

TORONTO, May 11th, 2004 -- Softvoyage, an international leader in distribution and management solutions for tour operators, is proud to introduce Gulliver™, a new airfare management system.

This solution is specifically designed for travel companies requiring a sophisticated yet easy-to-use application to efficiently manage, book and sell negotiated or published fares with scheduled carriers. Gulliver™ connects to all 4 major GDS and can also link directly to the low-cost carriers' host. Gulliver™ can be used by consolidators as a stand-alone application, or bundled with TTS™ (the Softvoyage management system for tour operators) enabling tour operators to market and sell dynamic packages via their call centre or website.

Softvoyage President Moïse Lévy explains: "If you are a consolidator or a travel agency with air contracts or having override commissions on published fares, Gulliver provides great functionality with a flexible 'pay-per-use' price structure. TTS™ and Gulliver™ represent the best solution in the Canadian market today for F.I.T. tour operators."

Gulliver™ also interfaces with SAX™ (the industry-leading Softvoyage web technology platform) which makes it easy for consolidators to distribute their products via SIREV™, Canada's leading shopping tool for travel agents, and SIRRVA™, the Softvoyage B2C e-commerce suite.

"One of our key strategic imperatives is to continue developing superior technology for the travel industry and to act as a 'one-stop technology shop' for North American retailers, wholesalers and suppliers," says Steve Ringuet, Softvoyage CEO. "We believe that by developing interlinking technology our retail, wholesale and supplier customers benefit greatly from a more efficient and seamlessly integrated distribution system."

Softvoyage has established itself as a leading IT solution provider dedicated to the travel industry in North America.
